Bought Electricity and never recived a token or my money back
On the 24th of December i bought electricity for R510 & never received the token as normal . i then called the call center to be refunded , i have never delt with an urgent unfrofessional like the one from wireit i even doubted if it was not a **** and the guy sounded like he was drunk . i still have not received my money back till this day.

10 Mar 2025, 19:32An update , i contacted WireIT again via telephone this time i was helped by a person who was willing to help and she asked me to send a proof of payment and and of banking details to pay back the money within 7 to 10 days . and as promised they have paid back my money. withing that time.
