Bad service

Bought a electricity at 3 this morning and its 8 o'clock already and no token. Had to get dressed and go and buy electricity from Spar. Phone and was holding on while the message says a consultant will answer soon. And then the company tells us that its 24 hour service. And dont tell me you have problems with FNB. I dont bank with FNB😡
