<p>I took my phone in to Dion Wired Somerset West mall 11/11/2016. for repairs.I received a quote for the cell repairs and paid the monies into their account 14/11/2016 for the repairs. I was promised that my phone would be reapired within 2 days after receiving the parts to repair the phone.To date, the parts has not arrived at the store and I've now learnt that the cell repairs was only rolled out recently in the stores.Making my experience trial and error. The system is flawed in that there's no system to track parts ordered for repairs and no turnaround tine in place. Many phone calls later and I'm nowhere closer to having the phone repaired than where I was two weeks ago. Dissappointing is an understatement</p>
