Paid for item and received nothing

As stupid as I was I went on the internet and saw a 'free gift'. I then accepted and the fine print indicated that I should pay a monthly subscription of R379. I then could not make the payment with the details they sent and the website also did not properly worked. I then paid the amount, but then additional payments went off of my account.... I then stoped my account and after a lot of emails again, they agreed to pay back the fees that went off extra and after a month they did pay it back.<br> HOWEVER. Originally my free gift was a samsong phone. They then sent an email to say that that product is not available anymore and I can either choose a ipod or a bid package. I was not very happy, but then decided to just choose a Ipod, just to get something back.<br> <br> WELL up to date, 6 months later I have not received anything.
