Terrible service

<p>I will never refer any one to Wipe-Eeze Wet Wipe. The quotation amount and the invoice amount is totally different. The quote that was sent didn't mention that Vat was excluding and that delivery is x amount. On the website it states that delivery is free for 6 or more units. On questioning the invoice Natasha informed me that the website is under construction and that the information is wrong. After sending emails up and down not coming to a satisfied answer I have asked for a manager to contact me of to supply me with the contact detail. Till now I haven't received any feedback for Natasha or any manager for that matter. I called the office on ********** at 14:06 on 27/03/2017 and spoke to Dolores. After asking to speak to Natashas manager she didn't want to transfer me and said Natasha needs to sort this out with me. She also said that there was no manager there. I then asked for an email address that she also didn't want to give to me. She told me Natasha didn't come in today later she said she is only working half day and again refuses me to speak to a manager. You need to supply the products to the client at the price that was given to them. I also sent an email with the consumer protection act. This is not the way to deal with clients or a problem. I'm not going to pay for delivery or any amounts extra that was not supp**** to me at quote stage. </p>
