Access

I moved my house contents insurance from Outsurance to Winsure Insurance… HUGE mistake. I am trying to claim for a damaged 42 LG TV. According to them, the value of the TV is R5500, but I am being asked to pay R2500 access. I mean how ridiculous is that? What is the point of monthly premiums if the access will be exorbitant? When that TV value drops, they don't drop the instalment or put the original value of the TV. I REFUSE to pay R2500 access for R5500 valued item!!!!!!!!!!
