Very unproffesional

I purchased a lounge suite from the shop in August in Parow and the guys from the store had it delivered.whilst moving in the couch they dropped it and it cracked just very close to the crown.I reported this to the store and it has been an up and down and very unprofessional service.after so many fights with this people they came to fix the couch.put glue on the wood and left it wet and not done and promised to come back later and that was i***** almost 2 months now.Ive sent messages to the manager Bernadette who is also not helping just ignoring my emails after all I've spent 45k cash on them,she has the money now and who cares what the customer says now?Am really dissapointed with them and to think that I almost purchased a bedroom suite with them too.It could have been a mistake.I really discourage people on making business with this store.Its not worth it and I feel that the world should know.They can keep my money I will definitely make them famous for such bad services.
