UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought 100% Genuine Leather SOFAS last year around September and around January they started to pill off, I've complained and they sent one of their inspectors who came and told me all he can do is to repaint them. I've asked him how can you repaint leather he told me that the SOFAS does not have guarantee . The SOFAS was R40000 and when my husband visited their store they told him they are going to report him to their legal team. I really don't know what to do.
