Poor Quality Furniture!

I'd like to make a complaint about your furniture that's highly priced but poorly crafted.

We bought a dining room suite and a lounge suite, one year apart (2018 and 2019). The quality has been showing to be poor since last year. Not to mention buying a coffee table from you that wasn't properly installed, the leg broke and your Hemingway's store wanted to fix it and give it to us back, we demanded they give us a brand new table or give us a refund.

Your couches are now so uncomfortable. It literally hurts the back of our thighs when we sit on them, not to mention the dining chairs. It's like you're sitting on the hard wood, what type of thin sponges did you use? You charge R60 000 and R70 000 for these things and they can't even last for a mere 5 years.

Where do we get assistance with our case because we are dissatisfied with the purchases we made from you.
