Poor quality expensive furniture

We bought leather couches for R43000 in November 2015. Within a few weeks we noticed that the top layer of the couches was peeling off. This was reported in the first week of February 2016. It has been a month and nothing has been done and the condition of the couches is deteriorating. Every time I call the shop to follow up I only get empty promises and excuses for the lack of delivery. I need new couches or all my money back.
