poor quality carpet bought for R7000

I purchased two carpets in Nov 2014 for almost R17 000 one them changed the texture and aged drastically whereas the other one is still fine and intact. I immediately returned it to the store in East London in February 2015. I was told to leave it as may matter will be discussed with the Manager. I followed up after two months and all I could get was \we are waiting for the bosses to give us a response"I patiently waited and eventually I got told that the carpet was taken to someone else for shampooing I was upset because this was done without my consent. I demanded to see it and to my dismay nothing had changed instead it looked worse than when I brought it to the store. I was told by the sales staff to leave it as they will do something about it. I once again drove to East London to follow up and I was told there's nothing they can do about it I must just take my R7 000 worth carpet back. This was after two full months that the carpet was with them. I completely refused to take the carpet with me as it was worse than when I brought it to the store.
