TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE SERVICE! I purchased a dining room suite for almost R40,000 and they sent me a completely broken table with cracks and chips all over. I sent it back and was promised the matter will be taken care of. They sent me the same table back in even worse condition than before. They tried to fill all those cracks and chips with some cheap material that started cracking and falling off not even a few days later and now they refuse to help us. I made the purchase at the menlyn branch and they called me every single day until i made the purchase then they refused to help. Its unbelievable how such a big franchise can be robbing people like this!
