Bad quality-Very Disappointing

I bought a Kilimanjaro lounge suite at Winston Sahd in Century City. After a year, the leather was peeling off and <br> I went to report this to the branch. I was referred to Parow branch and the lounge suite was taken for repairs. Even when taken for repairs it did the same thing and I was told that this was a factory fault they took the lounge suite back and gave me a new one. The new one has been peeling off and I phoned them again from December last year. I was informed that the factory was closed I must call back this year they were going to arrange for it to be collected for repairs when the factory is open. in January i have been phoning the Parow Branch and I was informed by the person at the warehouse that they were going to arrange for it to be collected for repairs and I have been waiting since then. i have made several calls in January and February and have been getting the same response or being told that someone will get back to me. Today when I phoned I was informed by Jade that the lounge suit is no longer under guarantee despite the fact that I was told that the factory was going to repair this as it was still under guarantee. I am angry and disappointed, please help
