A very bad experience on **** quality

In 2015 my mom was so excited when she bought a set from Hemingways breach unfortunately we could not take them immediately as we had to move houses but when we took them we 1st noticed the set of R74 000 was a used louge we reported the matter and we were told it would be sorted within a year the louge started to fall apart and now it's a mess again we went to report the matter and were told that there's nothing they would do as this has nothing to do with them qoute "after you purchase our items it is your responsibility and the is nothing we can do about that " at that moment I knew this was bull#*t and honestly it tore my mother part as how harsh there where . She was dismissed so bad another year passed the couches got worse and worse we went again to the Hemingways store still we were basically chased out with no regards to out feelings
