Terrible Service from Local Business

Sad to say I saw these amazing reviews online, and I live in the area so decided that I would spend the little extra and use a local business and what a disappointment, after discussing with the staff and confirming that if something isn't working you can return it or if they advise something for a car and it isn't correct, I purchased a coil pack from them, I took my car to my local mechanic whom I always use and they tested the coil pack and said it was faulty, I just phoned to inform them of this and asked when I could come by to return and they told me they will not accept it as a return as it is electrical, even though I confirmed with them when I brought it that I could return it and I still had the original packaging. Would not recommend anyone using them. Service I received was shocking.
