Pathetic service

Pathetic service from staff,we are sitting from 6am,no help is given ,they didn't even want to give us the forms,thd security are so rude ,they treat people so badly ,the line is just not moving, 11am we are still sitting with no help to renew drivers licence,*******ion and bribery happening, people not even in the que are going before the rest of us ,everyone made a noise they were ,asking for the Manager but he never came out and the lady banged the door on peoples faces. So rude.Why do South africans have to be treated so badly at government offices, even at Home affairs the same thing happens and no one does anything. We pay our taxes do why do we need to pay bribes to move in the que.What kind of Managers is our Country hiring at Governmebt offices
