Key deposit not refunded

Good Morning,

I want to lay a formal complaint against One Thibault Residence regarding R150.00 key deposit that they are refusing to refund.

I booked to stay at One Thibault Residence via Agoda and my stay was from 18 to 20 October 2024, see attached invoice.

Upon checking I was requested to pay R150.00 key security deposit (see attached). Upon departure I was told that I will be refund via my card and this has not happened. I have made various request for establishment to refund me by all this is ignored.
