Deposit never paid back and work not done

Contractor used his sons company to quote with personal banking details. He took the deposit paid in cash to him, and receipted by him and then never did the work. He agreed in an out of court settlement that his sons company gave him permission to return the deposit but then he never did this. He also tried to get the judgement against his sons company revoked. I would be very careful about making use of any services offered by anyone called Stikling or Wings of Fire trading.
