Wings n Things false advertising

Just wanting to inform you that we are VERY unhappy with receiving a demo model of the Bose speaker, where we we're supposed to receive a brand new one.

The bottom was covered with salotape, and the box plastic (attaching the top and bottom box) round circle was loose.

How coincidentally is it that the day after me phoning the main branch, and Bose in CT, and the following day our speaker miraculously arrives at your stores (after you said on the previous day that it needs to be imported).

Your specials seem to be false advertising, and this is not the last time I will say this.

We are truly disgusted in the service received, as you originally stated we will receive the speaker within 10 days after the special ended (9 August, thus + 10 days = 19th August). We then waited until 15 September to receive the "new" Bluetooth speaker, a whole month later than promised.

Nowhere during the purchase, was I informed that the speaker needs to be imported.. but they only said, 10 days after the special has ended..
