Selling off meat to customers and making them sick

Good day <br> <br> My company does charity events and for each charity event I always use Wings butchery. We buy stock and then sell it to the staff for a little more that we purchased it. We then choose a charity and then donate the money to the chosen Charity or we go out and buy stuff they have on their wish list.<br> <br> I bought 25kg mince on Thursday for the charity and when I saw the price I purchased 3kg for myself. Two different people cooked the mince and we sold it on the Friday. The whole company was sick on Friday night or well the poor people who ate the mince.<br> <br> When I phoned the Manager to tell him he immediately attacked me and blamed it on our cooking. He was mean and rude.<br> <br> I always use Wings butchery and really did not expect this bad service from the Manager. All I want is to return my mince and get refunded (3kg) and be compensated for the money we spend on this charity. We will donate that money to the charity that we chose.<br> <br> I am 7 months pregnant and just lucky I did not eat on Friday as I could only imagine what could have happened to my baby.<br> <br> Very disappointed<br> <br> Cindy Calaca
