Great food, with customer service that makes me never want to go back

<p>Having phoned Wings 3-4 times and gone into the shop to pay my deposit and agree all the details of the spit braai that I wanted to hire, I was told on the last minute that there was an additional charge that had never been discussed with me. The attitude of the people was that this is my problem and they were not interested at all. I paid the additional amount and got the braai as I had no choice at the last minute. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the spit braai and carver were dropped off I reminded them to return my deposit when they collected the braai. They collected the braai without returning my deposit but promised me at the time that returning the deposit would be their problem and that they would do this via an EFT. When I phoned to query this, they told me that this can't be done, that they were sick of hearing my problems and that I need to come into their shop to get it back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Overall the food quality was exellent but the customer service makes me never want to go back and to recommend that others don't either.</p>
