Your ERROR and MY PROBLEM !

Got to the dealership on Monday to view a car that was already sold ! They then showed me another option that came in that day advertised at R 235 000.00 My partner and I test drove the vehicle showed great interest and got the papers to fill out ! I told the salesman that I will give him an answer tomorrow. I asked a few Qs the Monday night ! I asked more questions on the Tuesday and told him that I was most likely going to take the vehicle just wanted to confirm with my partner ! He was happy with that and I advised him we would be there the next day to look again before signing the papers. I then contacted the salesman after lunch Wednesday that I am paying it in cash with no load needed and that we would be there shortly. He told me he needs to discuss something with me can he call me ! Salesman calls me he has unfortunate news ! A colleague LISTED THE VEHICLE INCORRECTLY ON THE SYSTEM AND IT IS NOW R299 000.00 Which is far out of my budget and NOT THE ADVERTISED RATE ! They are apologetic about their mistake ! I personally feel that the ADVERTISED RATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONORED HERE ! I am disappointed to say the least and they will not be getting my business on principle and I would not recommend them based on the fact that they DO NOT PRIORITISE THE CUSTOMER especially when it is THEIR ERROR !! I only wish that I had taken more photos and gotten as much as possible on paper to fight back !!
