The rating is for the experience with the dealership and not the sales person Johan
The rating is for the experience with the dealership and not the sales person Johan. The person handling the plates seemed to forgot about it , also feedback which another person forgot to give my via a call back. The sales person was very patient and friendly. Each time when I needed to call him he was available. We are still waiting on the plates, and should be ready by next week. Johan I rate you a full 5

Great to hear about Johan but disappointing that the rest of your experience was not up to scratch. The papers for your car did arrive yesterday so we will have them back early next week. I have asked Johan to give you a call Monday to give you an update. My apologies about the bad communication and we will harder to get it right!
