I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Wingfield Motors Kuilsrivier. I purchased a second-hand vehicle with only 34,000 km on the clock, expecting reliability and quality. However, problems arose from the very beginning, and rather than receiving proper assistance, I found the management unhelpful and unwilling to provide meaningful solutions.
Buying a car—new or used—should come with the assurance that it is roadworthy and backed by competent service. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to be extremely diligent when considering a purchase from this dealership.

I am sorry you feel this way but from the beginning I feel we did assist with your concerns and had the car attended to. After the repairs were done and to give an independent third party opinion we sent the car to Renault for a full check and you sent the car to Dekra for a full technical inspection where the only thing that was found at fault was previous spray repair that was not 100%.
