Worst at reimbursing
On 14 February 2024 I brought a vehicle from the Goodwood dealership. On the day that I got the vehicle, they informed me that I will need to go to the traffic department and get my vehicle license because they won't go to that department and that they will reimburse me. A week later, they called me to ask how far am I informed them, that I'm working and it does not take 30minutes but rather 3 - 4 hours. I finally got someone to do the registration which I had to pay the person, for his time. I sent all the details to Wingfield Motors with no reaction from them. I followed up a week later and the salesperson said he sent it to Mr. Kriel, the supervisor. On 15 March I called them and Mr. Kriel said no he was not part of it, but he is a supervisor and obviously you do not do things if your supervisor is not informed. Spoke to Ms van Reenen. She asked me to email it. I emailed all the documentation once again. Guess what after following up few days later no reply. I called them and then only she comes with a story oooh the accountant is not here. Uhm hello she could not even reply per email and informed me? Well another week has gone by but they do not even contact me? After making their lives easier by doing it this is the thanks I get. After paying R1500 for registration and documentation, they can't even pay the change and it was their job to do it. They get paid to put on new numberplates, they should do everything but now it's my problem. Most pathetic service. So they breached the contract by not getting the new registration number from the municipality or giving the car with new registration number plates. Think twice if you from outside Goodwood and buying a vehicle.
