Wingfield Motors Goodwood

Baught a 2012 VW Caddy cash in September 2021 - vehicle had starting issues within 30min of driving from the branch. Took Wingfield nearly a month to rectify the issue. Received zero discount on cash deal, no wheel spanner, jack nor tow eye.

Late December 2021, vehicle had a massive knock on the engine, turned out to be a broken injector tie-down bolt. Repaired that and in so doing broke off the other bolt. - lost wages for 3 days, no curtosy car provided whatsoever, dispite informing that they will. Upon returning the vehicle they did not replace the fuel used for testing or other.

This Goodwood branch is *************, unreliable but quick to take your monies. At no point had anybody in management apologised nor taken any of my calls. Salesman I dealt with literally fell of the planet as he hasn't rep**** not provided additional documentation I requested.

I strongly suggest anybody reading this - DO NOT deal with this branch - please move on to other more reputable dealership. I have never been so disappointed with a vehicle purchase in my life.
