Misleading people into buying cars that are broken

I bought a car from Wingfield motors on the 21 of April 2023 worst mistake of my life after taking delivery of my car I noticed a few things that were wrong with the car so I called and whatsapped the DP at that time to inform him of the problems they then collect my car that i only had for the weekend they apparently then changed the cam chain on the car and fixed the pully noise I received my car back a 7days later i got the car back and the car still had a problem the i sent the car to them again and I was told they fixing it but each time getting the car back the problem wasn't sorted out after a fight with the dp then sent the car away and the mechanic had to rebuild the motor I then wanted to return the car the dp promised me to build the motor properly with a new head and forged pistons and i was happy as it is a focus st that mean the motor will not break after my car being away for two months thinking the car will not break again but that was not the case the car broke down not even 15000km after the motor was built I also then discovered the motor did have forged pistons in as promised from the dp after calling Wingfield motors i got told the dp is no longer working there and the new dp that is there knows nothing about this situation after a face to face conversation he wanted to use my warranty to fix my car and i said no if a dealership promises you something it should be done as that was the only reason i didn't cancel the deal few days after that i called the new dp and asked would he be able to meet me half way on the repair cost he said to me the car is older than six months its not his problem and i can take them to court if i want to i will never buy a car or recommend buying a car from Wingfield motors ever again they are there to make money and ***** people over.
