<p>I sold my Mercedes benz to Wingfield Motors. The service I received from Andre was excellent even arranged for my wife and a lift back home which was great. We were promised payment was logged in and the monies will be in our bank account by 12 noon as we are also Standard Bank. This morning no monies reflected in our account which was most disappointing. I sent Andre and email and called him. He checked with the Finance department and told me the monies is in today's batch and will reflect in the bank by 1pm the latest. It's nw 3pm still no monies reflecting in our bank account. I called Wingfield motors and I was referred to 3 different people by reception but no one could help me and Andre was never located. I am deeply disappointed that I am losing two days of interest and my broker would have invested the funds in the stock exchange which means I am now suffering more financial losses due to the incompetence of the finance department at Wingfield.</p>
