DISGUSTING SERVICE

I bought Toyota Hilux 2.4 GD6 2016 diesel single cab bakkie for work purposes in Aug 2021..since i drove off the showroom floor I had none stop problems and issues with my vehicles if i only knew that as a consumer the law state I can return the vehicle if multiple issues persists within 6 .months. Firstly in the first week or two I noticed a oil leakage present from the engine and excessive smoke omitting from exhaust and loud banging strange clapping noise from the engin.I complained at the dealership In Kuilsriver where I bought it from and I acknowledge they immediately listened to me but said insusted this is a second handly vehicle vietstoots I immediately stood my ground and said this cannot be acceptable as you as a dealership surely should checklist your vehicle for faults instead selling it as problems to non mechanical competent buyers. They refused to assist therefore I immediately report this as a case by car dealership ombudsman which raised a judgement in my favour. Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver in house workshop senior person contacted me to bring in the vehicle where it remained/stayed for some time..I was informed that the engine need to overhauled and it the vehicle were sent to NMI Kuilsriver with undertaking to overhaul the engin..but the quote/price were almost R90000 which Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver were not prepared to spend as it's to much. The vehicle was then returned to Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver and the engin were overhauled in house by there in house mechanical personnel..i was informed to collect the vehicle believing all is okay..after a few months the leakage returned, the loud banging returned and excessive smoke again present. Out of total frustration I gave up as clearly customer satisfaction is not their top priority I chose to move on..because I believe in moving forward all must know that Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver disappointed me and therefore potential clients to them should be very weary as clearly their due diligence is questionable. Presently the bakkie is still giving me persistent problems oil leaks, banging engine noise, eish totally bad and in April I were informed when I took my vehicle for 10k interval service that this bakkie need its engine overhauled. What did Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver then repair totally BAD..I'm busy overhauling that engin at great expense to myself presently even though I'm paying off that bakkie still where Wingfield Motors got all there finance money through my finance. But I'm stranded thank you Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver I will never ever recommend or buy again from you EVER AGAIN.DISGUSTED..
