Bad after sale service and misleading salesman

Bought a vehicle and after 1 month, wipers were not working. Also, they advised us that the bakkie was serviced before being sold. 1 month later the brakes was finished, both drums and pads. Contacted the dealer who was ducking and diving with all sorts of excuses not to pay.
