Worst e-commerce site in Africa

I ordered my wine a month and a half ago. I have been promised delivery on numerous occasions when I follow up. WineWeb have not communicated with me once without me harassing them for days. They now don't answer their phones and don't reply to emails. They had the audacity to advertise new specials when they still haven't let us know when we will receive our wine for the old orders. I am starting to think it is actually just a ********** site and have been taken for a ride - my money is gone and my wine is most likely not coming. If you would like to order wine online, these are not the guys to go with since you most likely will not receive the wine and have paid for somebody's foreign holiday.
