Wineweb a ****?

I have ordered (and paid for) a wine consignment from Wineweb on 8 July 2015. I have only received promises and excuses about a backlog but as yet no delivery or even estimated delivery time. I think these guys have over-committed themselves by offering 50% discount on wines ordered and now they are unable to deliver! I just fear they may go bust and we all loose our money.
