WINE NEVER DELIVERED

Placed order online on 31 July 2015, delivery time was stipulated as 3-15 working days.<br> <br> After numerous emails where I asked for an estimated delivery date, I received different reasons for why my wine wasn't delivered yet, which included they had a backlog, waiting for suppliers ext.<br> <br> Last week I was promised that my wine would be delivered before the 18th of September by the latest, only to receive an email on Monday stating that they were under going a change of ownership and management and that my money would be refunded.<br> <br> Well more than 30 working days I don't have my money or my wine yet.<br> <br> Very very disappointed with the bad service and plain breach of contract.
