Very helpful service

I took advantage of WineWeb's fantastic July special of 50% discount. I, like many other customers, also became increasingly frustrated when my wine wasn't delivered as promised and telephoning the office didn't help. However, after going to their depot and meeting Carl who is now overseeing the distribution of the wines, I was very impressed. He and his staff were extremely helpful in ensuring I had my full order. Wines that I had ordered that weren't there, were substituted with similar wines. I would encourage all disgruntled customers to contact him ***) to make suitable arrangements to receive their wine.
