unprofessional and disgusting service

I ordered 12 bottles of wine through WINE WEB and all was deducted from my bank account, and got a successful purchase email. Then I have since waited 2 weeks and counting. I was told of change in management and then I was told management approved my delivery (confused why does management have to approve something I paid for already). I have had no luck in contacting these people and feel really ****ed! Worst service ever, I need my money back or the wines, pick one and follow through
