Terrible service!!

I ordered wine from Wineweb over two months ago along with a few of my colleagues. Wineweb emailed me to inform me that my wine would be delivered on 07/08/2015, however it never arrived. After phoning multiple times and several promises made, I received 3 out of 5 of my cases on 31/08/2015. I was told a month ago that they were waiting for the remaining two cases to be delivered from the wine farm but they would definitely be delivered that week. Two weeks later I phoned and was told the exact same story however now the wines were being delivered later the next week. I have emailed multiple times and have now been told that they are changing management so I should be patient. I have also been trying to call the offices but no one answers. This is the worst service I have ever received and it has made me second guess any purchases I make online because clearly some companies take advantage. I am disgusted that they do not even update their customers on their orders and we have to call and email constantly to get any status of our delivery.
