Terrible service

I ordered wine 6 weeks ago through Wineweb. Admittedly the prices seemed excellent on their mid year sale offering. I have not received my wine to date - despite various promises. I have also not received any feedback from them throughout this period that was not prompted by me calling them to find out why. Despite changing my order to suit what stock they had left over (2 brands out of 4 changed), they still haven't delivered the wine and at last call tell me that now they don't have stock of yet another of the brands. I tried speaking with the manager but he passed the buck back to a salesperson, and he has not taken my call today.<br> <br> I have NEVER complained on Hello Peter before, nor have i ever complained on social media about any company. I believe mistakes happen in business and businesses should have an opportunity to rectify their mistakes, BUT I am well & truly frustrated by this company. In the interim I have ordered wine from Cybercellar (took 3 days to deliver) and from a wine farm directly (Lomond) and it took them 4 days to deliver. 6 weeks to get their act together is absolutely ridiculous.
