No Refund after 3 months

Wineweb has been withholding my refund since they announced that they are cancelling my order (without my consent) and will be refunding me. I was notified of my refund status on the 22nd of September and to date I have received no refund and they have started ignoring my emails.<br> <br> What this company is doing is highly ********* and the should be stripped of their liquor licence. Withholding my money is theft and charges should be filed against them.
