2 months after order and STILL waiting

I ordered 6 cases of wine from the supplier on 14/07/2015. 4 cases have been delivered but this was well after the stated delivery period on their website. The remaining two cases have yet to be delivered and have no sign of being delivered anytime soon. When contacting the office they merely say they don't have stock and try to offer other brands (without offering to reimburse you if the substitute wine is of less value). There is no attempt to try and get the wine actually ordered, no guidance of time frame and very poor service in general. I strongly advise anyone not to buy from this site as the frustration caused is certainly not worth it. If you want wine use another provider or go to a bottle store and buy there. At least then you'll know that you'll get the wine that you want and it will actually be in your possession. I am a lot poorer with nothing to show for it. simply inept.
