Horrible customer service

The service is horrific, I ordered 2 whiskey glasses on the 30th of November hoping it would be here by Christmas as I was planning on gifting it. Today, the 9th of February it has yet to make it to my door. Arrivals are estimated to be 5-7 days... really?????

I had contacted them yet no response. Please resolve this or kindly refund me.
