Poor and sub-standard SSEG application assistance

Our solar business has appointed Winelands Consulting (run by Lucinda Williams) late in 2022 to assist our clients with their SSEG approval process. Lucinda flatly refused to provide any proof that she has started the process, and maintained that our clients should contact her directly. Her process was not transparent, we had to beg for feedback, and gave up after a year. She did not keep us in the loop at all, only when our customer started to complain, she suddenly tried to do something. We had to pay her for her services up front, but she cannot provide proof that she completed the work, or even started the work on a subset of customers. As she has dragged her feet with many applications, regulations have changed, and this caused extra costs to our customers, and damages to us.

Please make sure you have the Terms and Conditions signed by both parties before you engage this company's services, but our recommendation is not use the company's services at all.

The company's CIPC status shows that the company is in deregistration, therefore the company is also not compliant.
