Wine of the month - No service

They do double deductions from your account, then you have to struggle to get the money back. They dont answer emails or phone you back. They delivered my parcel which i paid and changed my details before delivery to the wrong address its been 2 weeks now i still haven't received my parcel. They dont keep you informed of whats going on with your parcel or with my money they owe me. They keep on blaming the bank. You get no service whatsoever from this people. The product is good but the service is absolute ****.
