Preordered a box with instructions to contact me on a certain day to confirm the debit date however the debit attempts started two days after the call I had. Sent the agent emails…no reply. She didn’t even call back like she said she would in the first call. I now have to flag these debit attempts as ***** since the company still hasn’t cancelled it. Will never recommend or want any contact from these people. 😡😡😡
