Unfair business practices

I made an order for a box of 12 red wine and the agreement was that my account will be debited on the 25th November 2019, I even sent an email to that effect and I was assured of that by Christine Lewin.To my surprise it debuted on the 22nd, which made my funds on the account to be short off R1088,couldn’t make payments that were due on the 22nd November.I called to enquire was told it happened by mistake and they were going to cancel my order so as to reverse the funds,till today I’m still waiting for the reversal.
