Unauthroised debit Order over TEN times over 6 Days!

I would like to express my frustrations with their systems of debiting accounts, between the 18th of March and 24 March. They have been running an unauthorised debit order TEN times! No call, no message to request authorisation! Unfortunate for me it failed 10 times and have incurred the banking fees a fudge 10 times! Who in customer relation business attempts to debit an account 3 times in a day???? except ********! Their debit orders are RANDOM, come through anytime of the month! My advice DONT subscribe with these people!
