Terrible service - yet you are a member of a club!

Bought 2 boxes of gin during lockdown and to date I am still waiting for my order. When alcohol ban was lifted last week, called them on Thursday to follow up on order. Only then they mentioned they'll have it dispatched with courier. Call today and order is still at warehouse!!!!!! So much for service :-(
