*****ing your money!!

I stopped my subscription to Wine of the month in Nov 2022. In Mar 2023 I ordered a ONCE OFF box of wine. Suddenly I see another unauthorized debit go off my account (in addition to the once off box) and then receive an email that my "subscription" box of wine was on its way! I IMMEDIATELY rep**** to the mail and said that I did not re-activate my subscription and that they should not send me the wine and refund me immediately! I received no response, even after a follow up email. So the wine delivered and I am out of my money, and to date have not received a response! Absolutely appalling!
