Worried about receiving money due to me from Windstone cattery

I would like to know whether the previous review ever received their money back. I am facing a similar, but maybe worse situation and concerned that I will never get my money back. I am also worried that in me even writing this, that they will become vindictive and block me on Whatsapp again and I will never receive the money that is due to me
