Terrible nurse survice

My sistee went for a Just for routine check up for nephew, but he did not getting injections or anything for 7 hours! It was no more than 15 people infront of her since 7am but it is 13:00 and they are still there. Two uninterested nurses to clear 15 people should not be 7 hours
