Complaint regarding their security system at Windsor hotel in East london

I booked at the hotel and while I was sleeping with my phone on my bedside table,,, The window was slightly open and I believe someone managed to get in because by the time I woke up my phone was gone.,,I looked everywhere in the room, I went to complain at reception and at the manager and they told me they can't assist because they don't have cameras... That means sleeping there isn't safe because I am a lady and something worse could have happened.. My phone was ****** in a hotel room where I was sleeping.,,A room I thought I felt safe at... I still don't have my phone and the only thing they did was shrug shoulders
